2. Principle: data minimisation

This website collects no data beyond what is technically necessary to serve the pages. No tracking takes place: no analytics tools, no advertising cookies, no profiling and no disclosure of data for marketing purposes.

3. Server log files (hosting)

When you access the site, the web server automatically stores access data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested URL, volume of data transferred, referring URL (referrer), and browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the site. These logs are processed only for a short period for security reasons and are then deleted.

The site is hosted on a server in the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, data centres in Germany or Finland); the web server (nginx) generates the access logs mentioned above. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site uses two technically necessary cookies: NEXT_LOCALE stores your choice of language (Spanish, German or English) and vs-consent stores your decision on the cookie notice. Neither is used for tracking. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (strictly necessary, exempt from consent).

In addition, a marker is saved in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) that skips the intro animation on subsequent visits. This marker contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab. More details in our Cookie Policy.

In addition, your decision on the cookie notice is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage) under the key vs-consent, so that the notice does not appear again on every visit. This entry contains no personal data and remains stored until you delete it in your browser.

5. Fonts

The fonts are hosted on our own server and served together with the page. No connection is made to third-party servers (for example, Google Fonts).

6. Contact by email

This site has no contact form. If you write to us by email, we process your address and the content of your message solely to deal with your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not disclose this data and we delete it once it no longer needs to be kept.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise them, a message to the email address given above is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the site's data processing changes. The version published here at any given time applies.
