What is Verselo?
Verselo is an AI workspace for small and mid-sized companies. Your team chats with models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI, asks the company's own documents and gets answers with the source. Assistants take over recurring tasks, and admins control access, allowed models and budgets. Processing happens in EU data centres. The one exception is web search: it sends only the search terms to Google, and admins can switch it off. See the product →
Which companies is Verselo built for?
Verselo is built for small and mid-sized companies in Spain and the German-speaking countries, for teams from five seats. It fits best where people work a lot with their own documents: tax advisers, real estate agencies, law firms and agencies. The interface is available in English, Spanish and German. A team of two still pays for five seats, so a single account with an AI provider is often enough there. See use cases →
Who helps us introduce AI in the company?
Verselo supports the rollout itself. You set up the workspace with the checklist in the product, or together with us. For the team there is a separate workshop: two to three hours, up to 15 people, with an attendance record. It covers good prompting and handling company data safely.
