This is how a tower could sell before it exists.
How it was built
A multi-page developer site on a Three.js engine: a tower that lights up floor by floor as you climb, walkable 3D floor plans with parametric walls, and a building site that assembles itself from concrete to glass as you scroll. The interiors flow into each other through noise-mask dissolves.
Why
A building that does not exist yet can be walked through as if it were finished: every floor, every finish, in the client's hands. It brings several techniques together in one coherent piece that a developer would pay to have.
What it is
ALDABA Promotora, Torre Albor project: twenty-two floors at the edge of the old town, with a bronze door knocker that greets the visitor at the entrance. Fictional brand, real technique.
What it means for you
Your off-plan development can be explored like this, tower, building site and interiors in one world, long before handover, when there is nothing to photograph yet.
