How it was built
A scrollytelling piece in three chapters: zooms into registry books, portraits that dissolve into each other and a timeline that draws itself as you scroll. GSAP and Lenis, no 3D. Every image is generated with AI, and the same estate stays identical across a hundred years.
Why
The scroll turns an archive into a story: the reader moves through the history at their own pace, and the house gains a hundred years of credibility that no spec sheet can convey.
What it is
ARCHIVO, the trail of a house: a Mediterranean estate through four generations of owners, papers and renovations, with one gap that was never resolved. Fictional brand, real technique.
What it means for you
Every property with a history, an inheritance, a listed building, a family estate, can be told like this: its provenance turned into a reason to buy.
