How it was built
It is not an embedded video. It is a film broken down into frames. Keyframes of one villa generated with AI, the motion between them interpolated with AI as well, all compiled into a sequence with its manifest. Your scroll is translated into a frame number that the canvas draws. A time counter moves forward with you.
Why
A film you move through by scrolling is cinema you steer: you can stop on the golden hour frame, rewind the arrival, linger. It never loads in jumps and never moves on without you. The pace belongs to whoever is watching.
What it is
Villa Mirador, «the first day»: one continuous shot of a buyer's first arrival at a clifftop villa, from sunrise over the coast to the lights coming on at dusk. Fictional brand, real technique.
What it means for you
Your property can be experienced before the viewing: the arrival, the light, the hour that sells it, all as a film the buyer moves through at their own pace, on any screen.
