Every seat comes with an AI quota. All quotas form one shared pool for the workspace, and admins can set a cap per person. If the pool runs short, you buy a pack.

  • Nothing is billed afterwards. Credits are prepaid only.
  • When the workspace quota is used up, you top up with a pack.
  • Packs are valid for 12 months and need an active plan.
  • Automatic top-up only runs if an admin switches it on, and only up to a monthly maximum.

Your team learns good prompting and how to use AI safely in daily work. The training helps you meet the duty under Article 4 of the AI Act, with an attendance record. Afterwards we set up the prompts and assistants from the workshop in your workspace.

Pricing questions

How much does Verselo cost for five employees?

For five people Verselo costs €175 a month. That is the Equipo plan at €35 per seat per month, with a minimum of 5 seats. All prices exclude VAT. Every extra seat is also €35, so ten seats come to €350 a month. It includes AI chat with top models, company knowledge with sources, assistants and admin control. Are there extra charges based on usage?

No. Verselo never bills by usage after the fact. Every seat brings an AI quota, and all quotas form one shared pool for the workspace. When it is used up, you top up with a credit pack: S for €29, M for €79 or L for €199, one-off and prepaid. Packs are valid for 12 months. Can I cancel Verselo monthly?

Yes. The Verselo Equipo plan can be cancelled monthly. You pay €35 per seat per month, for teams from 5 people, excl. VAT. The one exception is when a founder company chooses yearly payment: then you prepay 10 months instead of 12 and get 2 months free. Book a demo →
