Company knowledge
Ask your documents. Check the source.
Verselo answers from the documents your team uploads and names the document and passage. One click opens the passage, so you can see for yourself whether the answer holds.
Sort documents into shared and private folders.
Every workspace member can read shared folders; admins and editors manage them. A private folder is visible only to the person who created it, admins included. Price lists and templates go to the team, your drafts stay with you.
- PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV, TXT and MD
- Up to 50 MB per file and 20 files per upload
- Scanned pages go through text recognition
- Input
- Folder "Price lists" (shared) and "My drafts" (private).
- Action
- Upload twelve files to the shared folder.
- Result
- The whole team can query the price lists. Only you see "My drafts".
Ask a question and open the source.
Ask in plain language, for example about a notice period. The answer names the document and passage it relies on. One click opens the passage, you read the original sentence and decide. Verselo searches only folders you have access to.
- Input
- What notice period does the contract with Lumen Logistics set?
- Action
- Verselo searches the folders you have access to.
- Result
- "Three months to the end of a quarter", source: Framework_agreement_Lumen.pdf, clause 12, opened with one click.
See which documents are ready.
After upload, Verselo shows for each file whether it is still processing, ready or rejected. Only ready documents feed into answers. If a piece of information is in no document, Verselo cannot back it up. Then you add the source or narrow the question.
- Input
- Delivery_note_0417.pdf, one scanned page.
- Action
- Text recognition reads the scan.
- Result
- Status: ready. The delivery note number can now be found from the chat.
Frequently asked questions
How does Verselo answer questions about our documents?
Verselo searches the selected documents you can access and cites the document and passage used in its answer. You open the source with one click and check it yourself. Answers depend on the contents of your company knowledge, not on general knowledge about your business. Information that is missing or unreadable cannot be backed up by Verselo.
Which files can I upload to company knowledge?
Verselo supports PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV, TXT and MD in company knowledge. Uploads allow up to 50 MB per file and 20 files per upload. Scanned pages go through text recognition, but the quality of the original still matters: a blurry scan can produce incomplete or wrongly recognized content.
Can company knowledge be private or shared with the team?
Yes. Verselo provides private and shared knowledge folders. All workspace members can read shared folders, and admins and editors manage them. A private folder is visible only to its creator, admins included. Every answer relies only on the sources the person asking has access to.
What happens when my documents do not contain the answer?
Then Verselo cannot back up the answer, because it works only with the content actually available. If the information is missing, add the relevant source or narrow the question. A citation does not replace professional review either. For important decisions, open the passage and check how current the document is before you use the result.
Test it on your own case at launch.
Pick a question about one of your documents, such as a contract or a price list, and see which source Verselo answers with. At launch you test it for free, and a founder spot locks in the price for 12 months. Until then you get one email a week with practical AI for teams and where the platform stands.
