Bring company knowledge or the web into the chat.
Attach folders from your company knowledge and the answer names the document and passage. For current topics, switch on web search. Only the search terms go to Google; your files, chats and company knowledge stay out of it. Your administrator can turn web search off for the whole workspace.

Keep related work together.
A project holds the instructions, files and every chat for one piece of work. Each new chat in the project starts with that context. You can share a chat with up to 100 colleagues in the same workspace, and there are no public links. Personal memory saves something only once you confirm it.

Your administrator can turn web search off for the whole workspace. Check the sources behind the results before you base a business decision on them, especially when the information changes often.
Can I share a Verselo chat with colleagues?
Yes. You can share a Verselo chat with up to 100 colleagues inside the same workspace. There are no public links, so nobody outside your workspace gets access. Choose recipients according to what the conversation contains and review the information in it before you share.
How do I organize related chats in Verselo?
With projects. A project in Verselo brings related chats, files and instructions together, for example for a proposal or an internal review. Every new chat in the project works with that context. Personal memory is separate and saves information only after you confirm it. A project does not replace checking the source material and the results.
