Reviewing briefs
You upload the client brief and ask what is missing: budget, audience, dates, who signs off. Verselo returns the open points as questions for the client, with a reference to the brief.

Last year's best proposal, the client's brand guidelines, the brief from the kickoff. Verselo knows all of it and writes the next draft from there, in your agency's voice or your client's.

Company knowledgeAn assistant knows your day rates, your terms and three good past proposals. Anyone on the team who needs one enters the basics and gets a draft to review.
AssistantsEvery client gets a project with their brand book, tone of voice and approvals. Verselo answers questions like Can the logo sit on a dark background? with the page from the guidelines, and texts for that client come out in their voice.
From the chat you get the pitch deck as PowerPoint on your template and the quote as Excel. Both open straight in Office.
Deliberately notGenerating images, for now. Image generation is coming soon.
DocumentsVerselo processes briefs, proposals and chats in EU data centres. Neither your data nor your clients' trains any model. You set a monthly budget, cap credits per person and see who uses how much. Web search sends only the search terms to Google, and admins can switch it off.
An agency uses Verselo for client writing work: checking briefs for open points, drafting new proposals from the best past ones, looking up each client's brand guidelines and building pitch decks in PowerPoint on its own template. Verselo does not generate images yet, that is coming soon. The creative idea stays with your team. See the product →
The agency creates one project per client with brand book, briefs and past proposals, plus a shared folder for rates and processes. Verselo answers questions like “Which day rate did we quote this client in the last proposal?” with the document and the place. It reads presentations and spreadsheets just like PDF and Word. Where the data lives →
The most useful one is the proposal assistant: it knows your day rates, terms and three good examples, and gives anyone on the team a draft to review. Assistants for follow-up questions on a brief and for writing in a specific client's voice come next. In Verselo you build an assistant by describing what it should do. Request a demo →
With one pilot client: a project with their brand book and briefs, plus the proposal assistant. What works there you carry over to the other clients. For setup there is a checklist in the product, or we do it with you. The team workshop is booked separately. Until launch we show it to you on a call. Workshop in Resources →
Bring a brief to the call. We show you what Verselo does with it.
