Documents
Create documents you can keep working on.
Describe what you need in the chat and Verselo returns a Word, PDF, Excel or PowerPoint file, in your company colours or on your own template. No more copying text out of a chat window into Word.
A file, not a chat reply
Write the request and pick the format: Word, PDF, Excel or PowerPoint. Verselo drafts an outline and builds the file. You check the preview and download the result.
- Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint
- Preview before download
- Charts that keep their underlying data
- Input
- Maintenance quote for twelve air conditioning units, two-year term
- Action
- Choose Word and send the request
- Result
- Maintenance_quote_AC.docx with scope of services, price table and terms
Your brand, not our layout
Verselo uses your company colours and logo. For Word and PowerPoint you upload your own templates, and their styles and slide layouts stay intact. For PDF you add your letterhead as a background and mark where text, tables and images go. Admins set one default template per format.
- Word and PowerPoint templates (DOCX, DOTX, PPTX, POTX)
- PDF letterhead with fixed text areas
- One default template per format for the whole team
- Input
- Template Quote_letterhead.dotx, brand colour teal
- Action
- Select the template in the request
- Result
- Quote on your letterhead with logo, header and house fonts
Long documents, one section at a time
For longer Word, PDF and PowerPoint documents you review the outline first. Verselo then generates the sections one by one. You read each section, edit the text directly or ask for a rewrite, and accept it. The file is built after that.
- Add, remove and reorder outline sections
- Accept each section on its own
- Finished versions never change
- Input
- Outline for a workplace safety training, eight sections
- Action
- Approve the outline, generate the sections and accept them one by one
- Result
- PowerPoint deck built from eight accepted sections
Frequently asked questions
Which documents can Verselo create?
Verselo creates Word documents, PDF files, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations from a request in chat. You pick the format, Verselo builds the file and you download it. The result is a working draft, not a guarantee that its content is correct. Check figures, statements and layout before you share it.
Can Verselo use our document templates and company colours?
Yes. Verselo uses your company colours and logo, your own Word and PowerPoint templates, and PDF letterhead. Uploaded templates keep their styles and layouts. Letterhead becomes a fixed background with defined text areas and produces PDF only. It does not turn an arbitrary PDF into an editable Word template. Check content and layout before you use the file.
Can I review a longer document section by section before export?
Yes. For Word, PDF and PowerPoint documents, Verselo shows you the outline first and then each generated section. You edit the text, ask for a rewrite or accept it. The file is built once every section is accepted, or as a partial version if you explicitly confirm that. A scheduled run can prepare sections but never replaces your approval.
Is document generation the same as editing in Office?
No. Document generation in Verselo creates a new file from your request and a compatible template. The Office add-in works with the content you select in Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook. The two complement each other. Neither is an editor that can rework any existing file with any layout.
Test it on your own case at launch.
Pick a document your team produces again and again, with its format and a typical template, and let Verselo build the first draft. At launch you test it for free, and a founder spot locks in the price for 12 months. Until then you get one email a week with practical AI for teams and where the platform stands.
