Admin & control
Set how your team uses AI.
Verselo admins decide who has access, which models are allowed and how much each person can use. Retention settings and the audit log keep a record of what happens in the workspace.
Grant and remove access
Admins invite colleagues one by one by email and give each one of three fixed roles: Admin, Editor or Member. Sign-in works with an email code. When someone leaves, you remove their access in one click, and it stops working from their next request.
- Three fixed roles: Admin, Editor, Member
- Sign-in with an email code
- At least one admin always remains
- Input
- New colleague Laura M., role Editor.
- Action
- Verselo sends the invitation. Laura signs in with the code from her email.
- Result
- Laura appears as Editor in the member list and is working in the workspace.
Set models and usage
You decide which models your team may use and set a monthly budget for the workspace. Personal credit caps limit how much one person can draw from the shared allowance. The usage dashboard shows consumption per person and per model.
- Model allow-list
- Monthly workspace budget
- Credit cap per person
- Web search can be switched off
- Input
- An intern should use fewer credits than the rest of the team.
- Action
- The admin sets a personal credit cap for him.
- Result
- Once he reaches his cap, his further AI requests stop. The rest of the team carries on as normal.
Retention and records
Verselo keeps chats without limit or for 30, 90 or 365 days, depending on your setting. The audit log records administrative events for 12 months, without chat content. Admins export the workspace's shared data as a ZIP, and each person exports their own chats. Admins cannot see other members' private chats.
- Chat retention: unlimited, 30, 90 or 365 days
- Audit log covering 12 months
- ZIP export of the workspace, own chat export for everyone
- Input
- Change retention from unlimited to 90 days.
- Action
- The admin saves, and Verselo records the change in the audit log.
- Result
- An audit entry with person, time and setting, and no chat content.
Frequently asked questions
What can administrators control?
Verselo administrators manage invitations, the Admin, Editor and Member roles, and the allowed models. They set a workspace budget and personal credit caps and see usage at a glance. Controls also cover chat retention and the audit log. These settings do not replace an internal usage policy; your company still decides which tasks and information the team may handle with AI.
How do I limit an individual team member's AI usage?
In Verselo, administrators can set a personal credit cap for each person on top of the workspace's shared allowance. A cap does not add credits; it only limits that person's share. When the workspace's credits run out or a cap is reached, further AI requests from the people affected stop. An administrator then reviews the cap or tops up with a credit pack.
Which chat retention and audit history settings does Verselo offer?
Verselo keeps chats without limit or for 30, 90 or 365 days. The audit log covers 12 months and contains no chat content. Choose the setting that fits your company's internal rules. These periods are product options, not legal advice about how long your particular documents, conversations or business records must be kept.
Can I remove access when someone leaves the team?
Yes. An administrator can remove a person's access to the Verselo workspace, and it stops working from their next request. Sign-in uses an email code. Also review their accounts in connected services such as Microsoft 365 or Google. Removing access in Verselo does not replace offboarding in the rest of your company's software.
Test it on your own case at launch.
Decide which roles your team needs and how you want to handle usage and budget. You set those rules in Verselo right when you set it up. At launch you test it for free, and a founder spot locks in the price for 12 months. Until then you get one email a week with practical AI for teams and where the platform stands.
