Office
Work with AI inside your Office apps.
The add-in opens Verselo as a side panel in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You select text or a table, choose the task and decide whether the result goes into your document.
Word and PowerPoint: select, rewrite, insert
Select a paragraph or slide text and pick an action: summarize, rewrite, translate, ask the chat, or use a prompt or an assistant with its company knowledge. Verselo reads only the selection, and only after you confirm. You insert the result or use it to replace the selection. With a company template you can also create whole documents or slides and insert them directly.
- Reads only the selection, never the whole document
- Shows how many characters will be sent
- Replaces only after your review
- Input
- Selected paragraph on delivery terms, 140 words, too formal
- Action
- Rewrite: shorter and friendlier
- Result
- New 80-word paragraph, replaced after review
Excel: explain and analyze a selected range
Select a range and ask Verselo to explain or analyze it. The result comes back as a table that you review and insert into a new sheet. Verselo writes values, not formulas, and runs no macros. If a selection is too large, Verselo tells you instead of quietly cutting it off.
- Explain or analyze what you select
- Result as a table in a new sheet
- No formulas, no macros
- Input
- Selected range: sales by branch and month, sample data
- Action
- Analyze: months with the sharpest drop per branch
- Result
- Three-column result table, inserted into a new sheet
Outlook and company rollout
In Outlook, Verselo summarizes the open email and prepares a draft in the reply window. Recipients and sending stay with you, and the add-in does not read attachments. For rollout, your Microsoft 365 administrator deploys the add-in, and your Verselo admin enables Office and each application for the workspace.

Frequently asked questions
Which Office applications can I use Verselo in?
Verselo provides an add-in for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in Microsoft 365, on the web, Windows and Mac. The Office mobile apps are not included. You sign in with your Verselo account and choose your workspace. It requires a supported Office version, deployment by your Microsoft 365 administrator and enablement by your Verselo admin.
Does the Office add-in replace my text automatically?
No. You select content and ask Verselo to rewrite, translate or summarize it, for example. You review the result before inserting it or using it to replace the selection. If the selection has changed in the meantime, the add-in only offers to insert. It never edits the whole open document on its own.
What can Verselo do with a selected Excel range?
Verselo explains or analyzes a selected Excel range and offers the result as a table. You review the values and insert them into a new sheet. Verselo writes values, not formulas. Selection size is limited, so very large ranges need to be split. Verselo does not run whole workbooks, macros or generated formulas.
Does Verselo automatically send replies from Outlook?
No. The Verselo Office add-in summarizes an open email and prepares a draft in the reply window. You check the content and recipients and send it yourself. The add-in does not read attachments. Answers to a company knowledge question or from an assistant are not offered as email drafts. A separately configured workflow with its own approvals is a different process.
