Verselo

Integrations

Use the sources your team already works with.

At launch, Verselo connects Microsoft 365 and Google as sources. An admin decides which services are allowed. Each person connects their own account and chooses what Verselo may use.

Microsoft 365 as a source

At launch, Verselo connects Outlook, calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint. You connect your Microsoft account and choose the sources Verselo may use in chat. Verselo only sees what your account can already see.

  • Outlook and calendar
  • OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Access within your Microsoft permissions
Feature example
Input
You connect your Microsoft 365 account.
Action
You choose the SharePoint library Projects as a source.
Result
In chat, the Projects library is available to pick as a source.
One account, four kinds of source. You choose which ones Verselo uses.

Google Drive and Gmail as sources

At launch, Verselo connects Google Drive and Gmail. When you connect, Google asks for read access. From Drive, Verselo then uses only the folders you select, from My Drive or shared drives.

  • Read access, Verselo does not change your files
  • Drive folders selected one by one
  • Gmail only if your admin allows it
Feature example
Input
You connect Google Drive.
Action
Google asks for read access. You then select the Proposals folder.
Result
Only the Proposals folder is available as a source in Verselo.
After you consent, you pick the folders. The rest of Drive stays out.

Manage connections

An admin allows specific sources in the workspace, for example Google Drive but not Gmail. Within that frame, each person connects their own account. If a sign-in expires, Verselo asks you to reconnect the account. When you disconnect, Verselo hides linked results and removes their copies.

  • Workspace policy set by the admin
  • Personal consent for each account
  • Reconnect or disconnect at any time
Feature example
Input
The admin allows Google Drive and leaves Gmail switched off.
Action
A team member connects their Google account.
Result
Drive can be selected, Gmail cannot. If the sign-in expires, Verselo shows: reconnect your account.
Admin policy and your personal connection sit side by side, so you can see why a source is missing.

Frequently asked questions

Which services can I connect to Verselo at launch?

At launch, Verselo connects Microsoft 365 with Outlook, calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint, together with Google Drive and Gmail, as sources. The connections you can use depend on your workspace's policy and your permissions in each service. Other applications your company uses are not connected to Verselo at launch.

Who authorizes access to connected sources?

Verselo combines workspace policy with your personal connection. An administrator decides which sources are allowed. You connect your own account and authorize the access it needs. This gives Verselo no rights your account does not already have in the source service. Scheduled tasks running in the background need separate consent.

Are all files and emails automatically used after connecting an account?

No. Connecting an account in Verselo does not share its contents with the whole team. Verselo uses only permitted sources within your selection and access rights; for Google Drive, that means only the folders you choose. Review the selection when you set up the connection. Verselo does not make a complete copy of your files or synchronize all company data.

What happens when I disconnect an account?

After you disconnect, Verselo stops using that connection, hides linked results and removes their copies. Scheduled tasks that need the source pause. Files you have already downloaded outside Verselo are not affected. Before disconnecting, check which tasks or assistants depend on the source so you can adjust them.

Test it on your own case at launch.

At launch you test it for free, and a founder spot locks in the price for 12 months. Until then you get one email a week with practical AI for teams and where the platform stands.
