Verselo

Meetings

Every conversation becomes minutes with decisions and tasks.

Record a conversation from a browser tab or your microphone, or upload a recording. Verselo writes the transcript with speakers and captures what was decided, what is still open and who does what.

Record without a bot sitting in

Start the recording in Verselo: the browser tab with your online meeting, or the microphone for a conversation at the table. If you already have a recording, upload it. No bot joins your call. Verselo records sound only, no picture, and the recording notice is on by default.

  • Browser tab, microphone or upload
  • No bot in the participant list
  • Recording notice on by default
Feature example
Input
Client meeting at the conference table, three people
Action
Choose the microphone as the source, recording notice stays on
Result
The recording sits in Verselo, ready for transcript and summary
You choose the source. No extra guest shows up in the call.

Transcript with speakers, minutes with tasks

Verselo transcribes the recording in the EU and attributes each passage to a speaker. From that it builds the summary: decisions, open questions and tasks with an owner and a date. Tasks you select go to the owner's inbox or, once you confirm, to the connected CRM.

  • Transcription in the EU
  • Decisions, open questions, tasks
  • Tasks to the inbox, or to the CRM after confirmation
Summary of a meeting with Bauer Logistik with decisions, open questions and three tasks with initials and dates, and the transcript with three speakers on the right
Every task has an owner and a date. One click sends them to the inbox.

Bring in Teams and Meet transcripts

If Microsoft Teams or Google Meet already transcribed the meeting, import that transcript instead of recording again. Verselo builds the same summary with decisions, open questions and tasks.

  • Import from Teams and Meet
  • Same summary as with your own recording
Feature example
Input
Transcript of a Teams call with the sales team
Action
Import the transcript into Verselo and summarise it
Result
Minutes with two decisions, one open question and four tasks
No second recorder needed when Teams or Meet already transcribe.

Yes. Verselo records conversations from a browser tab or the microphone, or works from a recording you upload. Does Verselo join my calls as a bot?

No. Verselo never sends a bot into your calls. You record the conversation yourself, from the browser tab where the meeting runs or through your microphone. You can also upload a recording or import an existing transcript from Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. So no extra guest appears in the participant list.

Where are meeting recordings transcribed?

Verselo transcribes meeting recordings in the EU. The same rule applies as for the chat: EU-hosted models from leading providers; your data stays in the EU. Database and files are stored in Frankfurt. Verselo does not train models on your recordings or transcripts. How Verselo stores and protects data is set out on the security page.

See security

How do I tell participants the meeting is recorded?

Verselo shows a recording notice by default for every recording. You collect participants' consent yourself, for example with a short sentence at the start of the meeting. Verselo has no consent management that stores and proves agreement. Which rules apply to your meetings is something to settle with your data protection adviser.
