Training under AI Act Art. 4
Under Art. 4, companies must take measures to build their staff's AI literacy. The workshop is one such measure, and the attendance record shows who took part.
Afterwards, in the workspace
We set up the prompts and assistants from the workshop in your Verselo workspace. The next day your team keeps working with them.

How much does an AI workshop for companies cost?
The Verselo workshop “Safe AI at work” costs a flat €990, plus VAT. The price covers the whole group of up to 15 people, not per head. Founding companies, the first 100 on the waitlist, pay €690. The workshop is a separate offer and not included in the per-seat price.
How long is the AI training and how many people can attend?
The Verselo workshop takes 2 to 3 hours and is designed for up to 15 people. The exact length depends on how many questions your team brings. If you are more than 15, agree in the call how Verselo splits the group.
What will my team learn in the workshop?
Your team learns to write prompts for their own work and to use AI safely: which data may go into a chat, how to check an answer, when a person has to decide. It includes training under AI Act Art. 4 with an attendance record. Afterwards Verselo sets up the prompts and assistants from the workshop in your workspace.
Does the workshop help with Article 4 of the AI Act?
Yes, it helps you meet the duty under Art. 4. Since the amendment by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force since 27 July 2026, companies must take measures to build their staff's AI literacy, with no fixed level required. The workshop is one such measure, and you get an attendance record for your files. Verselo does not guarantee that this settles every obligation.
